Formerly a legal assistant, Regina now serves as the Executive Director of Rebuild Johnston Square and is the founder of the Johnston Square Community Association. Over the past 11 years, Regina's leadership has been instrumental in numerous achievements, including affordable housing projects, visionary community plans, and park renovations. Her holistic approach extends to empowering legacy residents through initiatives such as the Legacy Program and beautifying vacant lots with projects like the Johnston Square Garden walk. Even amidst the challenges of the pandemic, Regina provided essential relief to 200 families weekly while spearheading community enhancements. Her vision for Johnston Square includes developing athletic fields, green spaces, and integrating educational facilities such as the Enoch Pratt Branch Library. Supported by Keith, Regina exemplifies collaborative efforts in community revitalization, leaving a lasting impact on Johnston Square residents and demonstrating the power of collective action in creating positive change.
